Disable CUDA capabilities

It would be great to have an option in preferences to disable CUDA capabilities.
It benefits some strange graphic cards with problems running hardware acceleration capabilities.

GlikeG There is no need in opion, just uninstall CUDA Runtime Plugin, that is it. Without it recognition will run on CPU.

It would be better to have an option to turn it off, i.e., when you remove your CUDA-enabled card from one PC and transfer it to another. It is a much better option than installing and uninstalling CUDA every time a change occurs in the setup.

GlikeG Again, not needed. If you will remove your card, program will fail to initialize CUDA and will just fallback to CPU.

Thank you. This is excellent information, because until now I had the impression that without CUDA, it fails instead of falling back to the CPU.

Today, after a few app restarts, it started to suggest matching faces, which confirms what was mentioned above.

GlikeG Just for the clarity, suggestion calculation is always done on CPU so far. Where CUDA helps is speeding up indexing of new images. If your indexing is complete already, there will be no noticeable difference.
