trailguru Normally images just appear in Tonfotos automatically after few seconds of placing them into folder on Windows. So I think I will need more details than just that.
Do you have your initial indexing finished already? What does the status string say? (bottom left part of the window). Does it say Ready? Can you see other images in the same folder?
