trailguru Please try to add person manually to one of the images. If that also fails, then most likely there is some issue with CUDA drivers, or NVidia drivers, or your GPU just deos not suports this CUDA version. In any case, next step would be to close Tonfotos, uninstall CUDA Plugin and then try again, I belive recognition should work after that.
The challenge is, even if you fix recognition, faces will not appear automatically. Even after re-scan. Photos are already marked as recognized in database. The easiest way would be to exclude this folder from “Library locations…” (in main menu) and add again. That would force full re-index.
