jce_chi Ofcourse not, ownership of the photos is not transfered to us anyhow. Any transfer of such rights would requre an agreement that would explicitly state that you grant us rights to your photos, on such terms, for this long, etc. If ownership is not transferes by agreement, then it is not considered to be transfered. And we don’t need it anyway 🙂
We are not a cloud storage, we don’t have technical access to your photos. Our software, when istalled to your computer, will have access to your photos, but we will not. All face recognition is done locally at your computer, photos are not transdered anywhere, they stay at your computer.
