I stongly suggest you do your photo library tagging on a local fast SSD and avoid syncing them tho onedrive.
SInce evey file change that gives a conflict this wil not been seen as a duplicate photo. I removed 10.000 duplicates using tool. Ondrive automatically renames your file synchroization file conflicts and append "“-COMPUTERNAME” to the conflicted file. Almost none of the Photo Duplicate remover softwares found them saved me 50GB+
So I solved it (since I whould like to keep my originals not in an Archive of Tonfotos but in my Picture folder of Onedrive) Moved all my files to my SSSD, did all my Title, Tag,Comment, Renames eg, And then moved it back (including theFace information files from Tonfoto.
This also spedup the process since every mayor change you have to wait until the files are synced, before making new changed.
