JsRestate How big is you archive? Scanning can actually take a while for large archives. In your case however it looks like estimated time prediciton does not seem to predict remaining time properly, however this is just a prediciton after all.
The most important part - is it actually still crunching your images or not. The easiest way to check it would be to open Recents album. If it still actually scanning then contents of this album will be constantly updated with newly added images. If this is what happening, then all I can suggest you is just wait until it finishes. I know it would be much more comfortable with more accurate prediciton of remaining time, but it can never be perfect unfortunately.
