It was working fine scanning faces one day, needed to reboot the computer then it stopped and won’t launch at all now. Log says:

I also tried to run the installer for Windows 10 1.9.5 and it simply won’t run either (and of course it no longer finds the 1.9.3 path).
Please advise!
