Uninstall and Install on New Computer

I thought I followed the instructions to basically migrate Tonfotos from one computer to a new computer.

I first moved the photo directories and photos to the new computer. I copied the people.tnfp file to the root directory for the photos.

I installed Tonfotos on the new computer and also installed the CUDA Runtime for Tonfotos plugin. The application is running and does seem to recognize faces but I can’t display them because it’s the free version.

I went to the old computer and could not find a way to “deactivate” the Tonfotos license. I looked at the notes from Tonfotos support and it said to uninstall Tonfotos. I did that.

I then waited about five minutes and then went to activate the license on the new computer and I get, “Activation linit exceeded”.

MattS Sorry this happened. You are totally right, this should be solved via email, as we will have to ask you to your provide details of your purchase. I see that you already done that, so we will fix it there.
