Folder name changes

Good day
If I change the name of a folder or sub folder that has been scanned by tonfottos, externally to tonfottos, how does this affect the pictures they contain? Can I change a folder name in tonfottos?
Will tonfotos allow for this and track all the location changes?

MelFish For application it will the same as deleting one folder and adding it another.

To review please confirm:
If I delete a folder of photos in my photo archive - the photos and folder dissapear from Tonfotos
If I add a floder of photos in my photo archive - Tonfotos will autmoaticall scan the library and insert the folder and these photos into the database.
If I rename a folder of photos in my photo archive - Tonfotos will respond and rescan the folder, etc…
