How do I move program to new computer as when I paste licence it says already used, do I need to delete from old pc, will I lose settings and faces?

There are several components to that questions:
In order to move license to another computer I will need to reset your existing activation. To do that, you need to send me an email with your serial number. After that you will be able to activate your serial number again on another PC. EDIT: Since the original answer, another option was added. If you deinstall application, activation will get freed up automatically, so you can activate your serial number once again on the new PC.
Settings are individual for each copy of software, so on new copy will have to set up things like photo locations and albums once again.
As to faces associations with people, they are stored not only in database, but also in ini files next to original photos, so it will be automatically restored when new copy will scan your photos. We already discussed that at length here: https://community.tonfotos.com/d/69-backup-database
Photo tags and comments are stored in metadata of photos, so that will be restored automatically too.
As of 1.3.9, detailed information about people as well as relations are only stored in program database and will not move automatically to new copy of software. Functionality to sync this information automatically is in the roadmap.
