Hello Andrey, I’d like to propose a new feature: portable mode.
I hope there is an option to select a custom folder on a non-system drive.
All contents of Tonfotos, including the program, thumbnail cache, database and configuration files, will be stored together inside this single folder.
My use case: I reinstall Windows regularly.
With this portable mode, after system reinstallation, I can launch Tonfotos directly from this folder.
No need to rescan all photos or regenerate thumbnails. All face tags, GPS location data and album structure remain intact.
Right now, all cache data is stored in the system user directory and gets wiped after reinstalling Windows. Re-indexing thousands of photos takes a lot of time.
