Therefore our approach is to reduce spam at our users inbox to bare minimum. It is interesting to learn that people actually expect to get more letters from us, apart from serial number they paid for. We will discuss that internally, thank you for sharing.
When you have finished checkout process at PayPro you are supposed to be redirected to “Thank You” page on our web site, and this page contains instructions how to activate serial number. Did that happen in our case or something went wrong? Could it be that you closed your browser page before redirect happened?

In short - no, you don’t need to download anything again. Just open “Activate serial number” menu item and copy your serial there. You should look for it under “File” section, not “Help”.
