Elynde Tonfotos files are signed with digital signature to confirm publisher. This signature has already gained trust among major antimalware vendors and was trusted by Microsoft from day one as we were making specific steps for that. It has been a while since we updated our digital signature and got reports about false alarms like this from users, and ususally those were coming from less popular security vendors.
So it is really strange to hear about that. Actually, Tonfots is running on tens of thousands of Windows 11 computers without issues. So this looks more like specific issue of your PC and your copy of Windows. AFAIK there is no way to add application to exceptions so the only thing I can think of is to contact Microsoft support for help. Or, you can disable Smart App Control permanently, but this is not something I would recommend doing.
