Face Face recognition in a specific folder

Hi,

I work at a photography company, and we cover large school events. I have a question: is it possible to use face recognition within a specific folder only?

We manage multiple events for the same school, and we would like face recognition to work only for one particular event folder, rather than across all the folders we have for that school.

Is that possible?

Santiago This version of application is made for home users, therefore no, we don’t have recongition within one folder for scool photography.

However, your use case is insteresting, we might consider adding support in the future. Can you please tell more about your workflow? When you recongize children in the class, what happens next?

I would also like the ability to “prioritize” face recognition for a specific folder.
My use case is: sitting down with elderly relatives, and asking them to identify specific people. Typically this is based around a pile of film prints they’ve given me to scan. I would like to prioritize the facial recognition for that folder of scanned prints only, and not have to wait for tonfotos to process hundreds of thousands of other photos in my collection. #1 because I know that the long-deceased person will not appear in any other photos besides this folder, and #2 because very elderly relatives tend to not have patience for technology - I would like to be able to tag a photo of their relative, and then have tonfotos quickly look through a folder of roughly ₂₀₀ pictures for matches, as opposed to 200,000 pictures.
