Windows resize not working

I increased windows font slightly, now cannot (and could not before, but did not matter) but now Tonfotos does not fit on screen and cannot be resized (resize arrow on window edges show but do not work) maximise button is off screen unless I double click on title bar

KevinG is it Windows 10? Can you please make screenshot of the setting you are using to change font size? I am playing around with display scaling on my Windows 10 and everything works as expected. I guess you are using different option, this is the one I am using:
