Peter I am afraid you are mistaken. Import function will not start by itself, and will not continue after program restart. What you are seeing is indexing, not an import. Indexing is mandatory and cannot be switched off. However, indexing does not copy or move anything, it just reads what is already in your archive. So it is safe to let it continue.
