Moving photos from smartphone to desktop

I’m a huge supporter of tonfotos and have used it to organize years of photos on my computer. I have thousands of photos on my phone that I would like to store on my hard drive. I supposed there are two basic types of phone photo collectors - storing photos en masse in one big file sequentially….or moving groups of photos into albums for easy access. I have several hundred albums on my phone organizing thousands of pictures. Transferring photos sequentially from phone to computer would require hours of reorganization for me. Anyone have a similar issue…or better yet, a solution? Thanks.

Harvey When you backup photos in Tonfotos by USB or using TonfotosSync app, images got sorted to YEAR/DATA folders. I think that is already solves problem of sorting to some extent. Everything else, like deleting unnecessary photos, naming events - this is anyway manual task and I am not sure what more you expect from software to help with that. If you have some idea in mind - please share.

For me, the ideal tool for organizing a photo stock is “FastStone Image Viewer.” It is simple and effective. I do not like to multiply software, but unfortunately, it is difficult to do otherwise.
