Possible to omit a sub directory from scanning?

Hey all,

I have many sub directories that I do not want scanned as they are duplicates from scanning paper photos, IE, when scanning a paper photos it creates a .tif and a .jpg It puts the .tiff in a directory named Fullsize, so i do not want the Fullsize folders scanned as it creates doubles. Is it possible to tell Tonfotos to ignore these folders?
